Last weekend through the beginning of this past week, I wanted to eat nothing but tater tot casserole... ha! I made it a bit healthier with ground turkey and less cheese than you see below.
I had it for breakfast, lunch and dinner last weekend then for lunch at work during the week. Well, I made another batch yesterday, and let's just say I think I've had my share...
I hate the thought of it now, and there's at least a half a pan full in the fridge (I shared some with family). Thinking about it makes me want to vomit :-(
Other than that, there's not I specifically want, it's just whatever sounds good and sounds like something I can stomach at the time. For the most part things smell horrible and then I eat it and it's okay...
