9 weeks of belly love

How Far Along:  9 weeks

Size of baby:  Baby is the size of a grape or green olive, 1-1.25 inches.

Gender: We don't know just yet.  Week 20 is the big week - and it should be the week of my birthday!  I am so tempted to try Intelligender, although I've read several stories of it being accurate and some not so much.  I would just want to do it for fun though.

Maternity Clothes:  Mostly wearing comfy yoga pants while at home.  I can wear regular jeans, but have to do the pony tail trick on some of them.  I do wear mostly maternity work pants, I don't feel so restricted at work in them.  And of course, flowy tops.  Wonder if anyone there has a hunch yet?!

Movement:  No movement, but I can't wait to feel it!  According to our books our little baby is moving around now though and it can be seen on an ultrasound.

Sleep:  Sleeping pretty well, tired often and I get cranky when I'm tired :-)  My poor hubby...  I wake up about 2 times per night to pee though.

Symptoms:   As mentioned above, very tired by noon to one pm.  Feel hungry all the time.  I feel like I can't breathe, not sure if this is from baby or the weather/sinuses/allergies.  My nose, throat, skin, hair, etc all feel dry.  If I stand too long or do too much my uterus/abdomen and lower back start to ache.  My preggo acne seems to have subsided a little bit.  Ryan would say moodiness and crankiness - I try but like I said, when I get tired I get cranky :-)  My hair seems to have grown quite a bit from my last appointment and my nails are growing quickly.

What I miss:  Sleeping without waking up, not being tired all the time.  Nothing too much.  Maybe have more clothes options.

Cravings:  I don't necessarily have cravings for anything in particular just when I think of it.  I like plain things.  I usually LOVE chocolate, I do still like it and can stomach it but I prefer vanilla.  Cereal is usually pretty good.  I'll just see something and then want it.  Mac and cheese yesterday, so I had it for dinner tonight!

What I am looking forward to:  Feeling our little peanut, or shall I say grape move inside of me.  Getting the bump.  Finally telling work, so I can stop feeling like I'm hiding something.  T minus one week, I'm waiting for after month end, so everyone is in a good mood, ha!  Being able to let the cat out of the bag everywhere!

As you can see, my bump is growing a little bit.  I feel like it's a mixture of bump and pudge...  My lower abdomen is a little bit harder than normal.  Ryan likes to rub the bump.
