How Far Along: 10 weeks
Size of baby: Baby is the size of a prune, 1.25 - 1.75 inches and .18 ounces.
Gender: Thinking boy but hoping girl, secretly. Not sure if I have a preference or not. We really just want a healthy baby.
Maternity Clothes: Mostly wearing comfy yoga pants while at home. Maternity work pants and flowey shirts. Regular pants are too uncomfortable for me :-(
Movement: No movement, but I can't wait to feel it! According to our books our little baby is moving around now though and it can be seen on an ultrasound.
Sleep: Sleeping pretty well, tired often and I get cranky when I'm tired :-) My poor hubby... I wake up about 2 times per night to pee though. I go to bed way too early most of the time and am up too early on the weekend, yet I DO NOT want to get up on work mornings. I am just so tired by the end of the day and don't want to do anything once I do something, i.e. if I go to the store come home clean...I am done for the day.
Symptoms: Tired, slight acne - which seems to be starting to go away, apparently a couple people at work said my 'face looks a little fuller' (not the best thing to say to a preggo lady if you ask me...), small tiny baby bump going on, feel bloated, hungry often yet get full fast, short of breathe sometimes, occasional cramps.
What I miss: Sleeping without waking up, not being tired all the time. Nothing too much. Going for daily walks (I'm just too tired :-)).
Cravings: I like chocolate now, I really like chocolate milk once a day. I'll have a salty, chip craving and then I'll want something sweet. Soup has been so good to me lately.
What I am looking forward to: Finding out the sex of our little munchkin - and having something to call him/her. Meeting and holding the sweet little thing!
I am so anal lately with cleaning, this entire pregnancy actually. I hate it. I know I"m normally kind of like that but dog hair is just driving me nuts lately. I don't know what to do about it. Sometimes I get overwhelmed with everything I have to do and don't get help with it, I get a little overly cranky with Ryan about it... :-)
